Terms of Use

1. The service

Cartwren is a shared grocery and shopping-list app for a small household. It lets up to three people keep shared lists, budgets, and (with Premium) extra features like category budgets, templates and reports.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

3. Households

• A household has a maximum of 3 members.
• The owner controls the household, budgets, archiving and Premium subscription.

4. Free vs Premium

• The free plan includes shopping lists, budgets and up to 50 active items per household.
• Premium is an optional subscription that adds unlimited items, category budgets, templates and reports. It is billed through Google Play. You can cancel anytime; Premium features stay until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app, attempt to bypass its limits, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Data

See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, SMS Dev Co is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
