Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Cartwren account and data. Cartwren is operated by SMS Dev Co (Syed Maaz Saif), Islamabad, Pakistan. Contact: support@syedmaazsaif.com.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Cartwren app and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
3. Read what happens to your shared data, then type DELETE to confirm.
4. Your account is deleted immediately.

Delete your account without the app

If you no longer have the app, email support@syedmaazsaif.com from the email address linked to your Google account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, email address, sign-in, profile, photo, push tokens and your membership in the household are deleted. If you were the only member of your household, the whole household — including its lists, items, categories and budgets — is deleted too.

What stays

If other members remain in your household, the lists, items and prices stay with them so their shopping isn't lost. Your name is replaced with "Former member". If you were the owner, ownership passes to the earliest-joined member.

What is kept outside the app

Purchase and billing records are held by Google Play and RevenueCat according to their own retention policies. We never see or store your card details. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription — cancel it first in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are completed within 30 days.
